Nexasol ("Nexasol", "we", "us") is a CRM and automation studio. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to nexasol.com, to Nexasol apps and integrations that you sign in to or connect to your accounts (including with Google), and to the services we provide to clients.

Some Nexasol products have their own privacy policy, and that policy applies to them instead. For example, see the SoundLift privacy policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Your name, email address, and anything else you include when you email us, book a call, or hire us.
Project details and access you provide so we can deliver work for you.

Information from sign-in and connected accounts

When you sign in to a Nexasol app, we receive your account details, such as your name, email address, and profile picture.
When you connect a Google account or another service, we receive only the data you approve on that service's permission screen. See Google user data below.

Information collected automatically

Our website uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and your approximate location.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
Our servers may keep standard logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and troubleshooting.

Google user data

This section applies when you sign in with Google or connect a Google account to a Nexasol app.

What we access

Google's consent screen shows exactly what the app is asking for before you agree. We access only the data covered by the permissions you approve. Sign-in uses your basic profile: your name, email address, and profile picture.

How we use it

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the app features you can see and have chosen to use, such as signing you in. We do not use it for any other purpose.

How we share it

We do not sell Google user data. We share it only in these cases:

With service providers that help us run the app, and only as needed to provide its features.
With your direct permission.
When required by law, or when needed to protect people's safety or the security of our services.
As part of a merger or sale of our business, with notice to you.

What we never do

Use Google user data for advertising, including personalized or retargeted ads.
Sell it to data brokers or anyone else.
Use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Let people read it, unless you ask us to, it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or it has been aggregated and made anonymous.

How we store and protect it

We store Google user data only as long as we need it to provide the app. It is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to what is needed to run the service.

How to remove it

You can disconnect a Nexasol app at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To have your data deleted, email support@nexasol.com. We will delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Nexasol's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, and support our website, apps, and services.
To reply to you and carry out work you have hired us for.
To understand how our website is used and improve it.
To keep our services secure and prevent misuse.
To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us operate, such as website and app hosting, Google Analytics for website statistics, Calendly for booking calls, and Fiverr if you hire us there. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they handle.
Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights or people's safety.
A new owner if our business is merged or sold, with notice to you.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies on our website to help us measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to provide services, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and limited access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. To make a request, email support@nexasol.com.

International use

We work with clients worldwide, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Those countries may have different data protection laws from yours.

Children

Our services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page, and if a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
